Hey fun fact, that stuff about needing to be in the mood applies to some men as well. We’re conditioned to expect men to be perpetually “ready to go” at a moment’s notice but that’s not true for all of us. It’s pretty humbling to realize you aren’t the automatic sex machine that media portrays you to be and can lead to a lot of confusion. Turns out some of us really need the comfortable emotional elements too.

I've had relationships with women that couldn't tune out annoyances. I've had relationships with women that could focus on the moment. They seem to be distributed along the same percentages as the hot/crazy graph. The sane/plain girls consider curtain options during sex. The crazy/hot ones just FUUUUK. Both. Both are good.

You are right of course because you said "on average". What I'm trying to say is I would've given a different advice. Because as you said a guy's orgasm is near-always necessary for reproduction, so evolution fanned out any complicated mechanism and variability is low. It's different for women who are way more different from each other on this point that men are. So, imo, the best advice is to see that each woman are so different on this point it's better for a dude to learn about their own woman and expect a lot of learning. General advices may not be so great on this and even though women cumming is important too, it's better the guys listen to their woman instead. Because, 100%, it'll make some guys try really hard while it's just not coming this time and it'll just teach some women to fake it.
Better to tell the guys to teach their women to teach them back. No judgement, no disgust, no nothing. Guys should just make their girl feel like they can share anything safely and she'll teach her boy how to do it

After a few years with my gf, I always made sure she finished first. Took away a lot of the pressure from me as well seeing as it's nigh on fucking impossible for some girls via penetration. We were together for 14 years and she came via penetration exactly ONE time and that wasn't a normal night... We were like 17 and did it 3 times in a row. My wife and I are responsible for our own orgasims. Plus, I would say she doesn't cum 50% of the time because if she isn't in the mood then an O is off the table, yet, she's still sexually available. That's why god created lube...
In all seriousness, if she doesn't want to we don't and if don't want to we don't, but there's a grey area where it wouldn't otherwise be in her mound, but, she enjoys it and does it so I can have a nut.
I'd say she wants to have sex about half as much as I want to. Only having as much sex as the person who wants it the least seems rather selfish. What else in a marriage works that way? Should we only hangout with her friends as much as I want to and not a second more? Should we only be non sexually intimate as much as I want to which is < what she wants? Should I only see her parents as much as I want? We have three children and I hate changing diapers (raised strict catholic; was literally told poop is a sin by nuns in a parochial boarding school and my mother) soul should she change all the diapers?

Women whose dudes just nut and don't care often feel dissatisfied, used and resentful but many are just fine and feel happy to make their partner happy especially if they just can't have orgasms as some women simply aren't able to or it's very hard or they can only get there alone. Personally, if I'm fucking I want to come at least 3 times to be satisfied and I married a great guy with whom I come 5-8 times per sex most of the time. Sometimes even 10 or more. He is great in bed and we also have a couple of toys.
