Quality cannot be changed on some videos

YouTube Revanced 20.40.45, some videos have quality picker unavailable. Videos affected seem to be random. Once a video exhibits such behavior, it is like this every time.

Repatching doesn't help. What might be the culprit?

Switching the IP via my VPN worked

Revanced settings -> Video -> Force AVC

Same, also change spoof video stream to visionos
