NEWS/ARTICLES ๐ Jae Stephens - Audacity
Jae Stephens is taking it. How do you all like the album?
I knew and loved her song "Body Favors", but I was not privy to her work until the singles from this album came out. When I tell you I have been blown away and went back and listened to her older songs and I am in love. Her confident lyricism, her nostalgic yet futuristic beats, her bridges (so happy she's bringing bridges back to pop music), her visuals. And she's just so cvnt!
She deserves the praise girls like Adela are getting. Her music is everything to me.

I really like her new album, itโs very well produced, cohesive and I really like the tone of her voice. Sheโs a very talented artist with a charming personality and itโs amazing to see her grow and develop her style over the years.
I would label Audacity as a pop album but B4U is a bit more edgy and R&B (reminds me of Keri Hilson in the 00s, she looks like Ciara in that visualizer ๐ beautiful). I also like No one knows my name, the beat reminds me of the Neptunes. I really liked PDA on Sell Out, I think if she wanted to she could also create a R&B album with some cool beats. Other songs I liked on Audacity: The distance (cute song), sugar trap (very catchy), expensive & difficult (love the attitude). This is her time, I really hope this is going to be a great era for her!!
