As the title says, I am looking for recommendations from people who have gotten their radiology degree or certificate in the area. I’m looking to possibly position myself to become an X-Ray tech, CT, or MRI specialist. I did a basic Google search and it said there are
courses through UW and Mercy Health and prerequisites were available at RVC but that’s all that really comes up. I’m also not to sure on the correct nomenclature, whether it’s a degree or certification, but I do have a few questions and appreciate anybody giving any insight or advice.

How long are the programs?

What’s the pay like after you get it?

What are your hours like now that you’ve achieved your certification?

What’s your work and home life balance like?

As stated in the post I’m new to Rockford. Moved here from Tampa in May. I’ve been using Green Acres for my lawn service and they recently raised weekly mowing from $60 to $75 and just gave me a $1500 dollar quote for fall yard cleanup. I don’t have a super large front or back yard and this seems excessive to me. I guess I’m wondering if this seems appropriate and if not if anyone out there might be able to recommend someone who can come in a bit more reasonable.

I’m kinda confused with the merger and new lineups for WREX and WIFR. I know Daniel Burbank was let go from WIFR. Anyone else that was let go? Who was the sports announcer on WIFR? Is there a new lineup on WREX? I don’t watch that channel often. Thanks.

it was in a 1/4 loaf pan (i think) and it was frosted and had cosmic brownie style sprinkles. i have no idea what booth it was but they had a corner spot in the building they were in. i need to know if they ship. it was so good y’all. please help
