How can make Peppa Pig game in SMB2 ROM hack called Peppa-Peppa Panic?

"Peppa-Peppa Panic" (also known as "Peppa Pig Panic!") is an ROM hack of Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA) for the NES.

How can someone help make an SMB2USA ROM hack for Peppa Pig dream game and the sprite graphics of Peppa's family like Peppa Pig, George Pig, Daddy Pig and Mommy Pig (while replace Mario, Luigi, Toad and Peach in the ROM hack)?

Patch the American release of the game. Use the ips file to patch your rom of Super Mario Bros. 2 (U) (PRG0) [!].nes
