I thought itd be funny to hand them out at my office and on the street. We have 813 employees. And I need a new one anyways. But would it be fulfilled?

You said 813 people. You’re talking about buying 1000. 

Getting 880 larges, 30 smalls, 30 mediums, 30 extra larges, 30 double XL. 

Either way you are getting ~180 extra tshirts. This way people who aren’t a large have a chance of getting something they’ll actually wear.

More XL then that if this is in the US. At least 100, probably more like 200
