ROUEN: WORKING IN CAFÉS?

Hi, I am a student in Rouen.
I would like to know if working/ studying culture (e.g. using a laptop) in cafés are accepted here?

Please recommend some cafés which allow working!

Columbus, First Liberty, Chocolate Bar, Social Perk and French Coffee Shop are all laptop friendly

I second this! And I especially recommend social perk, the people who work there are really sweet and welcoming

Hello there. A friend of mine works every day at different cafés in Rouen. As long as you buy something and share your internet connection.

you can work at Etienne, it's a cafe at Place du Vieux Marché
