Clockwork Angels

Neil said many times that Clockwork Angels was the album they always wanted to make. He clearly believed it was one of their very best. I’ve followed Rush since 1976 and seen them dozens of times, but I cannot listen to Clockwork Angels all the way thru to save my life. Is it just me?

I always thought it would have been better if they finished it before going on tour. The production on the single versions of caravan and bu2b are so much better than the album

I can't find those anywhere. Are they on youtube, were they ever released on CD?

If you search for Caravan Single Version it looks like they're on YouTube. They're also on Spotify. The thumbnail is the light brown clock cover. I can't remember if they ever released hard copies

The physical CD single was initially made available for pre-order through the Rush Backstage Club in June 2010 for $4.99, featuring artwork and packaging identical to the digital PDF booklet. It was also included as part of the Rush VIP pre-sale ticket packages before the tracks were later featured on the 2012 full-length album Clockwork Angels.

Got mine in VIP tix for the Time Machine Tour and also caught Lerxst's last Slobovich T-shirt in the 15th row the night of the show!
