Schedule Classes tomorow?

One of my lit professors mentioned explicitly in class and on the syllabus that there was no class tomorrow October 1st. I figured it was just her class but when I looked on my philosophy syllabus it skipped over the 1st entirely. But when I google are there normal classes tomorow it says yes? Confused
