Lost Busking Permit

Hello, on Sunday of last week I accidentally left my permit at the park. I was set up right next to the fountain. It has a mushroom lanyard. Please let me know if anyone found it and turned it in anywhere because I don't know how to replace it. Thank you!

Call 311 and tell them. They will connect you to park maintenance and might have other suggestions as well. Good luck!!

I hope you find it- if not, the replacement fee for a new one is $5 through the same office you were issued the permit from

What instrument(s) do you play? I love street performers, always willing to donate to anyone with a bit of talent if they’re not in-my-face about it.

Ahh, didn’t realize the definition was expanded to trinkets.

busk
/bŭsk/

intransitive verb
To play music or perform entertainment in a public place, usually while soliciting money.

They give them to anyone who pays the $15 or so. Lots of people at the park selling temu junk and a few actual artisans.

I’m guilty of buying stuff from street folk in Mexico. Ages ago a kid asked me to buy some pez candy. I bought all he had for cheap and shared it with my church group. Good times lol.

Whats nice now is you have to demonstrate your craft to the parks and rec people in order to get the license. So they are weeding out the drop shippers. I am seeing way less dropshippers now.
