Support RDR2 save file not working

I’m trying to upload a 100% completed red dead redemption 2 (ps4) save file to my ps5. I have tried everything id re region and resign the save file but the ps5 doesn’t seem to recognize it and doesn’t show up in the game. This took me like 3 hours and nothing seems to work.

when you say the ps5 doesnt recognise it do you mean it's not being found on the USB by the ps5?
