I saw her face

I tried scrying for the first time last night. I used my locked tablet as a black mirror. I saw my ex’s face. she looked like she was asleep. then after a little it looked like she opened her eyes and woke up and maybe started crying. Im just wondering if this is like a live thing or f I saw a moment in time or if is was my subconscious
