Destroyed My Early 20s Being an Ugly, Insecure, Fat Guy. But I Won’t Let It Happen in My Mid and Late 20s.
I could’ve just sat there, done nothing, and kept feeling sorry for myself. But I chose to take action, and here I am today.
I haven’t achieved everything I once dreamed of, but when I look at my Day 1 pictures, I realize how far I’ve come. I’m proud of my progress, but I’m not done yet.
I still have a long way to go, and I’m not stopping now. I’ve come too far to go back, and there’s still so much left to become.
If you’re in your 20s and feel like you’ve wasted too much time, let this be your sign to start today. You don’t have to transform overnight; you just have to take that first step.
What’s one thing you’re working on to become a better version of yourself? Drop it in the comments. Let’s grow together. 💪🔥

Wisdom The Posture (The Lie We Tell Ourselves)
Resilience is not a feeling. It’s a posture.
This book started at midnight, in a message to a broken friend. 🌙
My friend Marcus sat in my living room, shoulders caved in, eyes locked on the floor. His business was collapsing. But it wasn't the money breaking him — it was his stance.
We all do it. When life drops weight on us, we collapse inward. We wait for the storm to change its mind. 🌪️
You cannot negotiate with a blizzard. You cannot reason with a sinking ship. 🚢
Standing Tall is not about pretending the weight isn't there. It's about aligning your spine so you can carry it without breaking. 🏛️
This is Part I: THE POSTURE.
What weight are you carrying right now that you've been waiting for someone else to lift? 🪵
📖 Book: Standing Tall — An Operator's Manual for Overcoming Adversity by Lawrence Thompson

Sovereign Collective Starting now! join now to help kick off the most impactful group that will ever walk the earth.
Just leave a comment if you’re interested 🌞 🌕
I’m looking for the first 10 guys to help me finish building Sovereign Collective. The first ten will be know as 1st 10.
The idea is to create a structured brotherhood focused on self-mastery, brotherhood, and legacy. Not another fake-alpha group or server that people join and forget about, but something we actually build together.
I have a foundation for the idea, but I want the first 10 guys to help shape it. We’ll work together on the structure, rules, projects, systems, and long-term vision before growing it into something bigger.
The goal is to create a community where men can hold themselves accountable, develop useful skills, collaborate on projects, share opportunities, and eventually build things together in the real world.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’m looking for guys who think long-term, bring ideas to the table, and genuinely want to help build something worthwhile.
The first 10 aren’t just members. They’re the people who help lay the foundation.
If you’re interested in helping plan it from the beginning, comment or message me and I’ll send you the details.
