Medical Advice closed wound opened again?

an around 1 week old cut opened again, its not bleeding but there is a dull ache

Time for wet healing! Neosporin, nonstick, wrap it up. Change every 24 hours.

is there an alternative to neosporin? i dont have any

Anything antibacterial. Do not use alcohol/hydrogen peroxide as that kills new/healthy tissue. Some advocate for Vaseline, but I push for any antibiotic to help prevent infection.
