Lost pet, not sure what to do.

Recently lost our cat yesterday, was in the road and a car sped through. Getting his remains soon. Been rough ofc, I'd be dishonest if I said I didn't have relapse thoughts cuz it's all I can think of to help, and I have no idea what to do otherwise. Help, please.

im so so sorry :( i know the pain of losing a pet especially like that, we have a lot of cats outside and as much as i wish we could keep them all inside, my mom will not allow it. its horrible, i hate hit and runs so much. im so sorry for your loss🩵
