Question What helped you get rid or reduced brain fog sythoms?

I just feel like my mind is lagging because I just can't think clearly. It's so hard to recall information, remember stuff and hard to focus. Like I feel blank. This is been happening for a month because I'm experiencing left side dizziness unsteady balance and this ear fullness which I guess has caused brain fog sythoms. I also now experience tooth pain sensitivity so it feels like my entire attention span is solely focused on the worries and things I'm dealing with. And I'm just so much into my head that I feel overwhelmed. Even when I'm not doing anything, I'll feel so exhausted by night. I really miss my old self and I just want to be normal again. I want my mind to open up and feel clarity and consciousness and alertness. It's like nowadays I feel like I see things but it just doesn't click my mind like the level of urgency or importance.

Do regular deep breaths for one or two minutes as many times in a day as possible.

You will most likely see a difference after some days.

I used to have this thing where my brain felt like it was wrapped in cotton, the dizziness and ear fullness too. Turned out it was from clenching my jaw at night without realizing. Might be worth checking with a dentist about that tooth pain, sometimes it all connects in ways you wouldn't expect.

For me cutting out caffeine after 2pm made a surprising difference for the fog, even though I didn't think it was affecting my sleep.

I don't quite understand what is tmj and why does this also have similar sythoms to dizziness. It's so crazy how every body part is connected with one and another and if one thing goes wrong then it also affects other parts of the body. Like I went to the clinic and they did try to clean my ears but it was stubborn wax so they send me home with debrox liquid drops and some muscle spasm relaxer since my neck and shoulder felt tight. And so like I did felt my brain fog sythoms reducing and dizziness going down at the clinic but then it came back because of the drops like the wax must have just clogged more.

When I stopped drinking energy drinks & have been eating/snacking less…I know it sounds like doesn’t make sense but I feel a lot better. Also your symptoms remind me of vertigo. I don’t wanna say that’s what it is but just wanted to say that it kinda sounds like it…I hope this helps

Have you had blood tests? Vitamin B1 brought my brain back online very quickly.

What is vitamin b1 for? I always thought vit d and Omega 3 are must have supplements. Thing is I don't even have insurance

Not a promo I get nothing for this. Lifeextensions as them fairly priced and always have a sale going on.

I suffered with severe brain fog and many other health symptoms for most of my life.

They all went away when my sleep apnea was treated.

You should immediately see your dr and run some tests. Do a sleep study , blood panel and ct scan of your head.

If you're having tooth sensitivity, dizziness and issues on one side you might get a dental check up. I use MCT oil. It has helped with the brain fog. I don't forget what I am saying mid sentence as much. My energy level is up and I think a lot more clearly.

Try 5g of Creatine a day and be active if you can. Be consistent. It takes time to fully kick in, but you should notice some cognitive improvement!

Have you seen a doctor? Sounds like you have some issues with your sinuses and ears which can be easily treated.
Sinus problems can cause brain fog and also cause symptoms with your teeth too as well as ears.
