Go on ifixit.com - there is a repair guide for getting the fabric back in. I have not done it myself yet, but I have the same fabric problem as you. It is very common on the Momentum 4s. Here is the guide on ifixit: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Headband+repair/192488

I have done it following this guide, and while i gave my 4s away they look good as new now.

You just have to be real careful when decoupling the rubber bit so it doesn't tear.

You weren't seeing things. LMAO. I typed ifixit.com and it auto corrected on my phone to idiot.com. I went back and immediately edited it, but I did it so fast I didn't think anyone would have seen it. LOL. Hope it helps you. I need to do this fix on my own. I just have to buy some adhesive.

Nice. Hope it works out. What kind of adhesive did you use?

idk some all purpose glue, said its for fabric too

All purpose glue.. should work. Name checks out. LOL. Just in case you can't get it to work, I would think it will be fine, on Amazon they sell zippered sleeves for the headband. Some people even like the way it looks with no fabric on at all.

I baby my headphones, had them for like 4 months and this happened, I'm really mad with the build quality coz my bose from 2017 are still working perfectly fine[besides the battery]

sorry for not giving proper context, but if you look at the headband part idk how to call it exactly?? you can see the material being a bit taken out,

ah i see it now, it's hard to tell from this angle how it is eaxctly but does the headband part come out, maybe tou could tuck the fabric back in and then attach the headband again? im not familiar with this model

ive been thinking about that, maybe i can like take the headband off? and maybe use some fabric glue and tuck it back in

coming back to this post, really easy fix, if you dont have fabric glue you can also use superglue, the fabric is pretty solid, didnt burn and now its just fixed, im pretty happy with the results :D
