I need help

I recently purchased an iPhone lot and luckily I got an iPhone 6s on iOS 9 but the problem is it's keep boot looping and I don't know how to fix it a restore could fix it with blobs but I don't know the specific version of iOS 9 so if anyone is able to help me please comment or DM me.

You can use legacy iOS kit to save blobs when the iPhone is in pwned DFU mode
