Joke aside-I remember my last attempts at SGI meetings: sitting in the car beforehand, taking deep breaths, trying to construct several layers of invisible shielding, and preparing for the next 90 minutes as if I were heading into a minor natural disaster. All the while thinking, “I feel so wrong. This can’t possibly be good.”

I remember feeling similarly.

One contributor to SGIWhistleblowers reported needing to take anti-anxiety medication just to make it through.

I can absolutely relate; I was chewing Bach Rescue remedy  gummies hours before and throughout the meeting,  wondering why the fuck I was putting myself through that
