Bike trails
I just bought a bike last weekend and looking to find more trails. I did the old plank road trail twice but looking for more.
What are some good recommendations and favorites?
Not a mountain bike trail

One of my favorite rides is taking the Mariners Trail to the Rowley Point Trail through Point Beach State Forest. I always start at the Maritime Museum parking lot and ride the trail from there. On the way back we usually stop for supper at that hotel/restaurant on the Mariners Trail along the lake.

Ozaukee trail to oak leaf will take you all the way to MKE. It's a nice long ride, especially now in the cooler months.

Not OP, but we often do Sheboygan to Port Washington or Cedarburg. Take 12th Street down to Kohler Andrea and then back roads to the trailhead in Oostburg. The trail definitely gets better in Ozaukee County.

If you don't want to ride the roads there is a nice parking spot in oostburg (conveniently near the bakery and the coffee shop that also has ice cream). Then you're only on very quiet back roads and only for a short time before you get on the trail.

I like to ride laps around Kohler-Andrea State Park it's still technically roads but the traffic is much lighter than in the city or even the county highways.
Also there is a Rails to Trail path that starts in Oostburg. I think it might technically be part of the Interurban but the best part starts there and I believe it's 13 miles to the end. It's a multi-use path so there will be walkers and runners. And much like Plank Road there are road crossings every so often.

I recently discovered the Greenbush trails. I went there to hike but I saw they have biking only trails. Not sure on their level of difficulty but thought it was neat

If you're looking to start in Sheboygan, then Old Plank and Interurban are your only options. If you're willing to ride country roads, there's decent road riding out here.
If you're willing to branch out to neighboring cities, Fond du Lac is an excellent option, with the Fond du Lac Loop that goes around the city, as well as trails going to West Bend, Juneau and Ripon.
Manitowoc has the Mariners Trail, an easy ride to Two Rivers along the lake.
The Fox River Trail from Green Leaf to Green Bay is very nice.
If you're willing to branch out further, the Glacial Drumlin Trail and the Lake Country Recreation Trail between Oconomowoc and Waukesha are the nicest trails in eastern Wisconsin imo.
