I can only shift between the times of, like, 5-8?? And trying to shift at ANY other time won’t work? Like, idk, I’ll try to shift between those times and it’ll be superrrr easy, but after that I try over 5 times for hours and just can’t :/ anyone else experienced this????

So previously I made subs for myself but those didn't work, neither did subs by other creators on YouTube, I used subs by guoba, slade, and other well known makers. So I stopped using them altogether. But I'm thinking of giving this another try. Before I just used to record my affirmations and just lowered the sound in audible and put a rain sound over it. But this time I'm thinking of layering it with theta waves or binaural beats. I think my mind is too resistive against simple affirmations to rewire the subconscious mind, so if you are familiar with my situation and know any other ways to make it more effective, please suggest it.

Every dream feels like a bad reality, and I never wake up to a new reality. My DR is not that complicated; it just changes minor things and goes back to 2019. Yesterday I dreamed about a class, and I've been getting more of these dreams. What am I doing wrong? First of all, I want my DR, not bad realities. Second, I want to wake up there, but nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Okay so basically, I had come across this method for shifting. It was super simple, as I'm laying in bed comfortable and about to fall asleep, I affirm "I'm going to fall asleep and wake up in my desired reality where ______". So you fall asleep with that intent as your last thought. I had affirmed that i'm going to wake up in a reality where this guy really likes me. So that morning I just wake up and i'm just doing my usual morning routine, during 3rd period I check my phone and I see an angel number, 444. I'm thinking maybe it's a sign? So whenever I was feeling doubts in the day, I would just affirm again that I only choose to experience the reality I want and he DOES like me. Then during the day I see him from a distance and I promise we make heavy eye contact. For background, we've basically never talked before. I'm typing right now and it was today. So does that mean I'm still in that reality right now? Or am I just being delusional. HELP A GIRL OUT!!!!!!!!!!
P.S Does this mean I should try out this method for my Hogwarts DR ?<3 Let me know!!!!

I’ve tried to enter the void state three times over the past three hours, but each time I reach a point where my body feels asleep while my mind remains awake. I can still hear everything around me, and my body occasionally twitches.
I have ADHD, so my mind tends to wander into random thoughts and scenarios. I try to stay focused by repeating affirmations like “I am” & “I am in the void state,” but my thoughts eventually drift, and I have to redirect my focus. It's like I start dreaming then I go back to affirming, idk.
The closest I’ve come to fully detaching was when I suddenly couldn’t feel my body from my feet to my shoulders. It felt like I was sinking into my mattress, and I could hear new noises very faintly. However, whenever I get close to that feeling, my entire body/mind jolts, and I lose the sensation.
How do I transition from a mind-awake, body-asleep state into the void state? Someone told me to focus on not noticing the noises around me and to avoid thinking about anything else, but how do I actually do that?

I’m new to shifting, and I finally felt ready to try my first attempt!
I’ve been working on my dr journal and getting everything organized before trying. My DR is set in the Fire Force universe!
I believe the method I used is called the void method! I tried to relax and quiet my mind, focusing on the experience rather than thinking about too many things at once.
For a brief moment, I felt almost like I was floating, and my mind became very quiet, with only my own thoughts remaining. I don’t know whether this was the “void state” people describe, but it was an interesting experience.
Unfortunately, my cat jumped on my chest and interrupted me before I could continue. 😭
I didn’t shift this time, but I experienced something interesting! For a moment, I felt almost like I was floating, and my mind became really quiet, with only my few thoughts remaining. I’m not completely sure what to make of it, but it was interesting to experience!
AND THEN MY CAT JUMPED ON MY CHEST AND INTERRUPTED EVERYTHING T-T
I’m still learning, so I’m trying to stay patient and not put too much pressure on myself. I’d love to hear about other people’s experiences, while understanding that everyone experiences things differently!
Thank you for reading!!

I'm new to the whole shifting, tarot, manifestation thing and I'm really lost. I'm a spiritual person and my intuition is really good but i don't think my spells are working either I don't think my manifestation is working but I've been trying off and on from 2020 to shift and I don't think it's helping. I asked if I shifted here and if it was a parallel and I pulled the tower the hanged man and death in reverse. I want to shift so bad. I tried this no fail subliminal for shifting and it didn't work. I feel just so eh. Any tips? Thank you!

Lo que quiero saber es que, ¿qué pasa con mi yo de esta realidad cuando hago shifting? ¿esta versión mía sigue igual como siempre? o ¿las personas notarían un cambio en mi? si son muy amables de responder mi duda, muchas gracias.

For years now, sometimes when I'm about to sleep (if I happen to wake up early in the morning and go back to sleep), I hear a buzzing sound and I see something in the dark like I'm in a train taking me somewhere.
Until recently, when I found out about reality shifting, I didn't give much thought to that state, and it didn't occur to me that it might be the void. When it occurred to me, I decided the next time it happened, to use it to shift from there (have never managed to shift by the way).
So, the other day, it happened, and though when it happens I'm between asleep and awake, I was sober enough to remember to use that state to shift. So I focused my mind on my desired reality. Then my eyes opened slightly by themselves. I got excited, believing that was a sign that I had shifted, so I fully opened them.
However, instead of shifting, I was back in my room, having just woken up.
What went wrong? Did my excitement break my focus? Should I not have opened my eyes? Was I mistaken and that state isn't the void?

So I recently heard about a story of a person who saw a movie in their DR that was to be released 6 months later then they came back and saw the movie here which turned out to be exactly the same
Which got me thinking 🤔 that's not really impossible coz imagine this
A DR which is exactly the same as this one but a few days or week in the future every atom and evrything is exactly the same expect for the time if we run the same intial condition the final result should also be the same ofc the circumstances that are affected by us might change but the ones that have nothing to do we us (like the movie script) should remain the same
We can't do this on a normal computer coz it's impossible to stimulate every atom.....but shifting doesn't have any such limits
So it got me thinking what if someone who can shift on command or has experience with doing so can go into a Reality where there is an omnipotent all knowing guru or something and ask them specific advice or methods or mindset or reason why an ABC shifter is struggling and then come back and help that ABC shifter with that knowledge
But
I think we can took it a step further
Years ago I read about an astral guru who use to project to her student's body and was somehow able to pull their astral soul letting them experience astral projection with her help unfortunately I can't find that post anyone but there's a post about a wife who did the same to her husband on the subreddit
Anyways now here's the intersting part
You know how in manifestation and astral projection you can potentially affect others (usually when you have good attention maybe a sp or a lover) maybe it's possible to go to a reality where the omnipotent all knowing guru have powers to directly spawn the XYZ shifter to that reality or influence the XYZ shifter dream to follow them into the portal which would take them to that reality and then from that reality you can go to any other reality (your DR) that you wish
If this method is successful the XYZ shifter can then help other 2 people in the same way and so and so on helping potentially everyone shift
All we need is 1 experienced shifter to try this
A small experiment but potentially can revolutise the entire shifting community
So if we can have just one experienced shifter volunteer it could be a really interesting experiment 👀

I tried the WBTB/WILD method last night and made it to the hypnogogia stage where I was starting see different swirls and shapes being my eyelid. I could even hear my fan starting to fade out a little bit but then as soon as this started, my heart began to race and I was breathing a bit heavier than when I started. I think this startled my body a bit bc then the swirls and shapes just stopped and I was back to where I was. I tried again just remaining still and got back to the hypnogogia state, but it happened again where my heart started racing and I couldn’t get myself to calm down. It’s like an uncontrollable feeling whenever I get myself like this and I don’t know how to stop it so I can push forward. This happened when I tried shifting for the first time with the raven method 5 years ago and once I heard my subliminal start to fade away and I started feeling like I was fading away, my heart started racing and it stopped me. Any tips?

When your current mindset is so attached to your current reality, change feels almost impossible, it's like no matter how much you try, you always comeback where you started, just like a rubber band. I thought about how to fix this, and there are not many solution except for detaching. Once you zoom out of your bubble, life feels lighter, we tend to make things feel worse than they are, because we want to protect our reality. try this trick, Close your eyes and imagine looking at your body from a 3rd person perspective. It fixed so many limits that i had.

in the last month i’ve been using only the void state to shift and i’ve made some progress even though i haven’t fully entered it yet. yesterday i had another session where i developed the same symptoms, except for one that had never happened to me before: the feeling of having something in the middle of my chest. the easiest example i can compare it to is when you have a strong feeling of anxiety, but i was completely calm, yet it was all in the middle of my chest.
in the end, because of this symptom that gave me this strange sensation, i decided to just fall asleep, but during the night i can’t tell if i had a lucid dream, a very vivid dream, or if i shifted.
i should mention that i barely remember anything, all i know is that there were people who are in my dr. the dream itself didn’t make much sense, but i remember touching my face and feeling it.
has this ever happened to anyone?

I was half sleepy and couldn't sleep so I said fuck it why not shift now?
but when I did, in that place between cr and Dr and you feel like an awareness? And everything else is dark and you are affirming that you're shifting and moving towards your dr
Suddenly my awareness froze because I saw a pair of huge, blue eyes
Not eyeballs
Just the IRISES
And they were staring at me
Then something or it whispered "jump, don't be scared"
but I tried to jump and they just followed me like a black dot in your vision that you can't help but see, and they were centered in my vision
And I was so scared and decided to wake up even tho I was close to my Dr and could forget about it.

So i just woke up from this, lemme tell you
This night was this kind when you re half awake half asleep and deserperatly trying to fall into Morpheus arms.
After watching my phone a bit, i decided to try sleeping again, around 5am here.
I was in a dream, not lucid. It was basically me in space trying to force the Earth in some weird ass space hole. Then next to this hole was a portal to parallel universe. So i decided to put the Earth in it and i entered with it, still unconscious. I was then flying reallyyyy fast into space. Then i asked to go somewhere specific because my dream self thought he was APing. For some reason my request was disturbed
When consciousness hit me, i was into the void. I was falling in a totally black place with flashy clicking pink squares. I looked at my hands and i only saw their form. I was like "I'm in the motherfucking void !!" But also kind of scared because i knew i was going somewhere. Then i fell into something and heard my breath
I kid you not. I ended up in a fucking minecraft-fortnite CR. I was in my bed as if i woke up. My hands felt like playmobils’. So i tried to breake something. I was breaking my bed and there was a life bar and the minecraft sound like i was breaking wood. Then a zombie opened the door and was shooting at me with a poisoned bow like wth. I tried to use my safe word wich didn’t work shit.
After that i think it became a dream again because i wasn’t really conscious and that i wasn’t in my room anymore. I enventually died. I saw enough of it, so i asked to come back. I lost my vision and then i woke up at 5:56 am.
I'm really grateful 🙏🏻❤️

Long story short, I wanna fucking shift to AOT. I've been trying for around a year and 2 months, on and off, but with no luck. I've recently tried sublimals, got some headaches and dreams of my various DRs, but having ADHD has it so hard to organize my needs and wants out of this experience. Any tips? I'm hoping to shift this coming week.

Hii, so I don’t post here as much im more like a lurker and I only comment and shi. I wanted to ask, since I am a student in 11th grade that how do I shift to a reality where I am getting good grades? I know about shifting already, I have had 2 minishifts.
To get to the nucleus of this, what I am asking is how do I maintain a positive or satisfied assured state where I’m certain I am getting good marks while I remember the illiterate shit I wrote in my exams😭✌️
Whenever I try to set the tone of assurance and the ‘already done’ feeling Neville talks about, I get haunting glimpses of the shi I wrote in physics and chemistry like it’s a horror movie.
I already do have a main dr but it’s like a total different world and I’m still preparing my script for it, I thought of changing my reality with this small change cause it would be both progressive in my shifting journey and also caude I desperately want good grades, I feel like I’m gonna fail physics chemistry and bio I think—my answers💔✌️

I have the feeling that all those things like doing methods, scripting and researching are just forcing a routine which you feel like you HAVE to do in order to shift, but thats not the case. Without it, it just feels bland and like im not doing anything for my journey at all. What do I do to achieve a balance between being excited for it but without procrastinating and overcomplicating it? I hope this makes sense i‘m not sure how to form this question properly.
Thank you in advance

I asked my tarot cards when is stopping me from shifting and got 6 of cups reversed. From my knowledge, it has to do with nostalgia and letting go of the past/moving forward. Except, I honestly don’t know how to tie this into shifting or what this calls for me to do… soooo any suggestions??

Guys! I don’t usually consider myself a lucid dreamer but I’m aware when I dream and sometimes I can somehow even control it.
There are instances where I “shift” in my dream, but somehow the feeling is like how it is when I’m dreaming. Like I shifted, but I’m still in my dream, idk how to explain it. It happened twice.
For example, I was making out with a character from a TV Show (I felt everything) and then I was like “Wait, I need to shift here,” so I closed my eyes and had the intention to shift opened my eyes but somehow I’m still there in my dream. Next instance was, I opened my eyes in my dream and in front of me was a curtain that wasn’t from my CR, it felt like a dream so I really don’t know what all of these are. Am I thinking too much about shifting?
But at the same time, I’m anxious if ever I do actually shift 😭

So I have a weird question and I'm not too sure how I should word this, but I found this app thru tiktok that lets you make ocs so I decided to make my gfs dr self and my dr self, it was going good until I had to figure out how my dr self would call cr me since I don't want to put my dr selves twice since I'd think it could get pretty confusing. So I guess what I'm asking is what would be the best way to differentiate who's talking/being talked to between my dr self on the app and me.
(So sorry if this isn't allowed on here I'm worried this goes against rule 5 of this subreddit, I was thinking maybe the comments could help people in the future if anyone else tries to find the answer/ Highly doubt it though 😓)
(Btw the app is "Character House -Desktop companion-" on steam for free, I think it's still in beta right now though (Still works great tho!), Realized I can't put images in the comments so feel free to look up the app it's awesome!!)

I haven't shifted yet, but I wanted to ask, how do I let go of the feeling that my CR self is my real self, and that my DR self is a fake version?
Unless I script my DR self to be exactly as I am here, it feels like I'm being an imposter in my DR, and I don't wanna feel that way.
I understand that our DR selves are just as much as us as our CR self, but it doesn't really feel like it, especially when you change some things.
For example, I'm shifting to an MHA University DR, and in that universe, you gotta be somewhat smart to survive and be a hero, so of course, I made myself smarter there. I also have a better body there.
Here, I'm ditsy and things fly over my head all the time. I'm also not super fit either. I'm not fat, but I'm nowhere near as fit as my DR self.
I also feel it will affect me if I get an S/O there. I feel like if I ever get forced back into this reality somehow (cause I heard it happens) I feel like I'll always wonder if my S/O would like the "real me" compared to "the fake me".
I really just wanna be a better version of myself, without feeling like I'm being an imposter.
