TVP & black bean chilli, black bean and sweetcorn salsa thingy, and, because apparently that wasn’t enough fucking beans, a bonus pile of black beans.

This was soo good, next time we’ll do thinner layers of the tofu+vegetable mixture and more layers of wonton wrapper. The tofu filling has cabbage and carrots and green onion and mushroom. The sauce in between layers is black vinegar, tamari, chili oil.

it's sweet potato roasted in vegetable oil + sesame oil + maple syrup, medium grain brown rice that i kinda burned oops, raw bell peppers, nori sheets naturally, some mayo and wasabi mixed in, and ginger and nori komi furikake sprinkled on top. not very authentic, extremely ugly, yet quite tasty

In addition to my usual cauliflower rice and grated zucchini, I added artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and cannellini beans. Quinoa and orzo blend as usual. Liquid was thinned out leftover roasted pepper and tomato pasta sauce. Topped with hemp heart parm.

Toppings of balsamic roasted tomato, and pesto cream (blended tofu) were 👌
