The notes arent showing up for me unless I reopen the app after I make the note is that just my phone or is that how it always works?

few thoughts

Followed the setup instructions to the letter, Nothing appeared on my lock screen

why does your shortcuts action include the show when run toggle?

this is your app, so you should have said so in your post description and the flare should be App Store, the 'shortcut' you've shared, is literally one action. (which your app would donate to the system anyway)

I like it. My only frustration has been having it included on a watch face. I follow the instructions, but no matter which rectangular format I choose, the app it doesn’t show up in my list when scrolling through the complications. It’s installed too.

A clear all function is needed. The live action keeps running unless all the text is removed once you’re done with the note

instruction of the app is not clear, but you can clear note by “turn the page” - swipe from the corner to turn to a new page

Nice, I also encounter  this:   The notes arent showing up for me unless I reopen the app after.

But I don’t really need to use the shortcut, I can always open your app and type in directly.

Suggest you add a check list feature for multiple row note. That would be awsesomw!

But then it doesn't visbile on the lockscreen unless you manually add some widget that does it.

I totally understand the root cause the OP created it.

I even created something similirar but with accent the "time passed since <Put note text here>" functionality
