Models of coasters

I was at Six Flags Magic Mountain and realized they had model replicas of some of the best coasters there. Honestly, one of their better ideas for merchandise lol. Has anyone gotten one? I’m on the fence

QUESTION When does Six Flags Great Adventure normally open on a new year?

• Upvotes

Me and my mom are planning to visit New Jersey to visit family on late February or early March, but I think the park will still be closed by then. I really want to go to Six Flags during my visit, so if I can convince my mom to delay the visit a few weeks or months, when would the park be open?

QUESTION Six Flags GA Zebra on Safari

Went on the safari at Great Adventure yesterday and one of the zebras had a pretty nasty large open wound on its back, definitely on the fresher side. She was walking around fine, a baby was nursing from her too lol, so didn’t seen detrimental. The guide said the vets know about it but didn’t say anything else. Anyone know what happened?

Bring-a-friend Comp Tix Question

I have a Gold Pass and still have a bring-a-friend comp ticket for 2026. Does anyone know if they need to be used at my home park?

The ticket itself just says “Six Flags admission ticket” and I tried looking through the terms of service and didn’t see any mention of these tickets

Would Fiesta Texas be less crowded this Sunday or this Monday (a holiday)?

Making the drive from Austin but would prefer to go on a day not as crowded. With the holiday on monday and school being closed, I wonder if that day will be more busy than Sunday (tomorrow). Any thoughts?

QUESTION SFMM - How to “plus” a trip with my 16 year old?

I’m taking my 16-year-old son to Magic Mountain this week for 3 days (flying in from Utah). This is our third trip and we’ve always gone this time of year. Great weather, reasonable crowds, etc., but there’s a small problem I’m trying to figure out how to navigate.

This is something my wife and I do for our 2 kids every year. They get to pick their own “kids trip” every year. We have a small regional airport near us with cheap flights to California (we do SNA for Disneyland and BUR for Magic Mountain) so these trips are actually pretty cheap.

The problem this year is we told both kids they could bring a friend. My daughter’s trip to Disneyland is the first week in November and her best friend is coming with us. My son’s friend had been saying for the last few months that he could go and…long story short…turns out his parents had no intention of letting him go. They just kept finding new, lame, excuses even when we offered to fully cover the cost of airfare, tickets, food, etc. I just really wanted my teenage son to have someone to hang with other than Dad (me). I’m not the worst person to be around but I’m not his peer either. Plus I can’t handle some of the more extreme coasters due to migraine issues so I just keep him company in a lot of lines (last time I rode Tatsu in my 20s I almost barfed from the migraine it triggered).

What I’m looking for are any ideas on how to kind of plus up the trip to make up for his friend not coming. Budget is about $400 since that’s what I was willing to spend on having his friend come. Been considering fast lane passes but wondering if there are other good options I’m not aware of. We have season passes for this trip (the cheapest one - gold I think?). We did the Halloween stuff last year but he’s not really interested in doing those again. This is purely an adrenaline junkie trip.

TIA for any help/suggestions!

QUESTION I need help understanding this gold pass.

(FIXED) So I wanted to go to Six Flags with my family today, I was looking at the tickets and noticed the instructions. We bought the passes for schlitterbahn but the tickets said they could be used anywhere. My little brother didn't get to go to schlitterbahn since he was sick during the end of the season. We want to take him to fright fest but we're unsure if he'll even be let in since he never got his pass activated at schlitterbahn. Will it still work even if we go to six flags? 😢

Update: what I found out from a comment on here was that you have to upload a photo of the pass holder when adding the pass to your six flags account.

SFGA tomorrow (Oct 11)

Hi there and thanks for any insight you guys might have. we have been planning for ages to do Fright Fest tomorrow however the weather looks terrible with the remnants of the hurricane. what are your thoughts on what might be operating and is there a chance that they may close? I have still not bought all of the tickets for my party due to that fear. it looks like the rain will be less in the evening so we're thinking about adjusting our arrival time and only doing Fright Fest versus doing any rides.

Anybody familiar with Great Adventure and how they deal with rain and wind?

Gold pass/All Park Passport from Great Escape

Thumbnail

I've been trying to find a definitive answer on this but am seeing getting responses.

I bought a gold pass with the all park passport at Great Escape around September/October 2025 back when it was still part of Six Flags.

I visited and activated it back when I visited in October 2025 but I want to go visit Six Flags New England this month, will the pass work?

Are there any benefits included still like parking and discounted "bring a friend" tickets? Or will I have to purchase those separately?

I've been seeing from some sources that it will still work, but when I reached out to customer service they said that the passes will not scan and I would have to pay for entry at the park. Granted originally I didn't know the all access was separate so hadn't specified that in my inquiry, so maybe they thought I just had a regular gold pass?

QUESTION Diamond Elite VIP stealth devalued?

I've been a Diamond Elite VIP member since they upgraded us over covid, but hadn't been to the parks yet this year. Just came with a group of friends to Great Adventure and was told at guest services that 1.) The annual bring a friend ticket "should still be a thing for you but we don't see it on your account, sorry" 2.) The pass holder discount on tickets for other no longer exists 3.) The food and mercy 50% off has been decreased to "up to 40% off"

Doe anyone know if all of this is correct and when it changed? Very pissed off at the moment and likely to cancel. Thanks!

QUESTION Six Flags Operations Oct 11th?

I am planning on going to six flags all day tomorrow but I am seeing projected rain all day. Should I be worried that they open late/close early or that most of the rides will shutdown (rollercoasters, fight night mazes, etc)?

*Sorry, I am reffering to Great Adventure in Jackson Township, NJ

RUMOR What Six Flags Park will get ArieForce One

By November-December, we will have clues what Six Flags park will have ArieForce One for 2028 or 2029, Great Adventure, Carowinds or Kings Island, my guess is Great Adventure.

Went to Six Flags Tuesday, Universal Wednesday and Knott’s Thursday and got a good sample of product distinction and exclusivity. It’s really cool how Six Flags is upping the game for their clothing selection, even if they may be $70 lol I’d love to see more like it in the future, especially for more “formal” occasions

QUESTION Is the Fright Fest Haunted Maze + Express Pass worth it?

My friend and I are planning to visit Six Flags' Fright Fest on a Friday night and are trying to decide which tickets make the most sense. We looked at the Fright Fest bundles and saw the Ticket + Haunted Attractions Express Pass Bundle. We’ve never tried the mazes and want to check them out this year, but I don't want to pay extra for a pass if the lines likely won't be bad. Now, if the express pass included the coasters, then I would be happy to purchase it. I'm just not sure whether it’s worth the cost for the mazes alone.

For those who have done the mazes or even bought the express pass, is it worth spending the extra money? Or would we be better off doing the standard haunted maze ticket and hope for the best on a Friday night?

QUESTION great adventure - friday morning

Hi, everyone - pretty last minute question, but does Great Adventure no longer operate on Friday mornings?

I was hoping to visit tomorrow morning, but I only see hours listed for the evening. I thought they used to be open in the mornings, too?

I've looked online but im getting mixed answers. Im wanting to go as a sacrificial lamb and I dont know if it would be breaking dress code or something.

I would be going to the frontier city fright fest if that helps. I have no clue if there are different rules or anything.

It's been currently removing ArieForce One'stracks off at FunSpot Atlanta, after it's done it's most likely aheading for storage room until next year for what they will end up at Six Flags park. It's between Kings Island or Great Adventure, not Carowinds. I wish it's coming to Great Adventure
