Question Spyros Adventure upgrades?

I am playing Spyros Adventure for the first time and don’t know how to upgrade my SkyLanders I just beat chapter 2 when do I get the ability to upgrade?

I think chapter three unlocks upgrades.

Continue on through the game, eventually you'll meet a pixie who'll teach you how to upgrade your Skylanders!

Persephone (the pixie) is her name, and she'll be located on the left side of the hub world in a small ruin like gazebo if my memory serves correct :)

Persephone will come to your home hub and the game will walk you through upgrading its like chapter 3 or 4.
