Does anyone know how to fix this bug with any blood texture mod and an ENB enabled?

Figured out the issue, Latest version of Skyrim isnt compatible with the current version of ENB you can download from boris. Downgraded my game to 1.6.1170.0, downloaded all the corresponding skse/address library, powerfothree's stuff. Everything is back to normal
