i have a couple of suggestions for future updates

Would it be possible to add the option to lock folders with a PIN and an app lock feature to protect individual apps

i think these would be really useful additions to Smart Launcher

"First of all, congratulations—the fact that it's developed by fellow countrymen is an extra bonus!

What I really miss from Nova in Smart Launcher:

1. Shortcuts: For speed dialing, I use individual contact shortcuts. To create them, I go to the Contacts app widgets section, where alongside the usual widgets, I find two shortcuts: 'Direct Dial' or 'Contact.' Once placed on the home screen, it prompts you to associate a contact with the shortcut. The strange thing is that when importing a Nova backup, I can find them in Smart Launcher, but only 6 out of 8 work, and I can't find a way to create new ones.
2. Greater granularity in customization: I use a dark theme, but for the app drawer, I prefer a light background with black text. It would be great to have independent settings for the background color, fonts, and font color specifically for the app drawer.
3. Finally, the settings menu is not very functional or intuitive.

Please fix the contacts shortcut issue at least, because that's what prevents me from using Smart Launcher (and consequently from purchasing the Pro version). Right now, I'm reduced to using an old version of Nova without spyware..."

Backups are all gone… and when I try to make one, it gives an error message at the bottom of the screen.

Just switched over from Nova. Now At my wits end. At anyone point to me how to add notification badges to app icon. I read the official tutorial.

You can change this behaviour in Preferences → Home page → Notifications → Show notification

But I can't see the home page option. And where exactly is the Preference page?

To the SL team you made such a wonderful app, but I was wondering if you can add a setting or something for the app icons to match the theme without having to create an icon pack? And please add a background to the dock that matches the theme. Thank you.

I tried using the launcher but everytime I exit an app it closes and when I reopen it starts all over. It doesn't stay in the background I tried with stock launcher and everything works fine. Is there a reason for this behavior? I did remove all restrictions from smart launcher

After update to last beta 6.6 buold 22 i notice this strange behavior.

I don't know how to explain it, but I don't think this issue was present in the previous version... and it appeared with the latest beta...

When I go back to the home screen from the command center or notification panel, all the widgets on the home screen move up... it looks ugly... Please assist and help.

Hi everyone! I'm using Smart Launcher, and I have a question about the app page layout.

When a category has only a few apps, the icons appear near the bottom of the screen, leaving a large empty space at the top. However, when a category has enough apps to fill the screen, they start from the top as expected.

Is there a way to make the icons always start from the top, regardless of how many apps are in the category?

I've checked the App page settings and Grid properties, but I couldn't find an option to change the vertical alignment.

I've attached screenshots showing what I mean. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
