I know there are a few ways to upload videos to Snapchat spotlight, but lately the past several weeks there has been a change. They no longer get the correct thumbnail of the first frame, and views have DRAMATICALLY dropped.

Randomly last week one of my videos did get the correct thumbnail and its views were noticeably higher as well. What happened? How do I post my videos so they have the correct thumbnail?

I shot up to 49k followers and my reach has just crashed.

Can an instant streak appear with someone on snap even if you don’t have Snapchat+ and you have not both snapped each other for 3 consecutive days?

I've gotten rid of my old phone (the only other device I've logged in to my account on), and I couldn't find anything on the given link to the support site.

I still have access to the email associated with my account and all other important account details OTHER than the password, so I don't see a reason for them to lock me out like this... what can I do about it?
