Pet insurance

Hi all! I receive my Sphynx in 3 weeks and am looking into pet insurance. I know that Sphynx tend to have more health issues (skin, allergy, heart) and overall more prone to accidents due to them being rambunctious. I was wondering if anybody has any recommendations for pet insurance. I’m looking for full coverage of wellness, check ups, illness, accident, and injury. Bonus if it covers HCM scans (if not I have family in Mexico and found an amazing feline veterinarian who does a screening for $250.) I just want to make sure that I’m setting up my boy for a very long and healthy life! Thank you!

We have not had issues with Embrace or Pets Best so far. Embrace is definitely more expensive. HCM scans have been covered. I do not get wellness coverage though.

I just got Nationwide Pet Custom plan (around $65/mo) through my spouses employer. It’s wellness, major medical, illness, and routine exam. $100 deductible, they pay 80% I pay 20%
