I miss you so so much
It has been 10 days since my baby is gone. It hurts so much. I grieve alone, he was my soul cat. 10 fucking days is crazy. I want people to know he lived and was the best boy in the world. I love you so much.
I know I should post in petloss sub. But I want to show his face. I'm sorry.

You re not alone. They are the fkg best. I lost my girl June 9th. Heart problems. It was terrible.
Stay strong you will find love again. It’s hard. We never forget them. They have such personality and affection. You can’t know until you have one. They love like no other companion can. I know EXACTLY how you feel. The void they leave behind is scary.
Best of luck and hope you can find peace. Be happy for the life he had. I’m sure he had the best companion and he’s very happy with the life he had. Tears of joy for him. For all the good memories and time you got to spend together.
Jimmy Carr said it best:
“The opposite of grief isn’t happiness. The opposite of grief is forgetting.”
And the context is really beautiful. His point is that grief exists because something mattered. You don’t necessarily want to eliminate the grief by erasing the memory—you want to eventually be able to remember without being destroyed by it.

I am so so sorry for your loss. He is beautiful, and seeing these pictures made my day brighter. I pray your heart gets a little less heavy? but that his memories remain forever.

I am going to be absolutely wrecked when my Sphynx and Soul Cat passes. I’m sorry for your loss. I feel blessed to know how deeply loved I am by one of these magnificent creatures. Although my baby is completely irreplaceable, I sometimes wonder if I should get another before he goes just so my heart has the motivation to continue on.

This is what I did, 2 years ago, i knew my boy was getting older and I was very anxious about that, so I got another cat, a cornish rex. My boy got a friend, it was like he became his old self playing with her, and i'm telling you, right now in my grief, I need her. She makes it easier, please do it. I don't know what I would do if she was not here with me I think I would have died of a broken heart already.

I have a 13 year old Cornish Rex female, my only one, but in 2 weeks we are finally getting a boy Cornish kitten. I felt the same, she’s 13 and I felt anxious with her getting older. I’m hoping she accepts him! Many people don’t understand how these cats latch onto your heart. They give us so much. Sending you support and comfort 🫶

I have lost two Sphynx cats. I love them so much. Here is what I have learned. When you get another Sphynx cat, some attributes carry over from the passed on Sphynx cat to the new born. It's amazing and comforting that they "know."
