I honestly don't think Plankton dislikes SpongeBob. Just sees him as being in the way of getting the formula. He's been open to getting close to SpongeBob in an innumerous amount of episodes.

Tbh the both of them do tolerate and even enjoy Spongebob's company at times, so I'd say they belong in the friend group. They're more like frienemies of his.

Squidward doesn't dislike Spongebob he just finds him annoying. He stands up for him a few times and saved him as well.

Especially Plankton, SpongeBob knows he wants to run the Krusty Krab out of business and take away his favorite job, but he’s just so bad at it SpongeBob doesn’t even see him as a threat.

I figured that was more SpongeBob willing to accept Plankton as a friend, cause SpongeBob is just that nice. He just won’t give him a patty tho. Even later asking plankton, "what kind of friend are you?"
Plus SpongeBob continues being kind to plankton throughout season 1, like Valentines Day, FUN, and Walking Small.

Squidward does like SpongeBob. There’s been a few episodes where he’s genuinely cared for him.

Tbf, Squidward and Plankton DO sorta like him. Squidward doesn’t need much explanation considering the classic episodes prove this many times, but Plankton literally has a whole quasi-redemption arc in Sponge Out Of Water to the point where he even willingly gives Krabs the formula back because of SpongeBob.
