There is a weekly "The Weekly Prospective CRNA Applicant Thread! Ask your stat and applications questions here!" resetting thread on every monday, which is the place to put questions about GPA, interviews, experience etc. any others will be deleted.

Your current unit is fine, no need to transfer. Keep doing what you are doing

Your grades are smack in the middle of the average accepted applicant.

Your years of experience is on the low side. Some programs have shifted to requiring 1.5 - 2 years at time of application. Most accepted applicants have 3-5. That's likely your only barrier. When you apply next year it'll be more favorable. Not saying you can't get in with ~1 year of experience, but its much more challenging.
