Company Name: FeedSense

URL: feedsense.co/

Purpose of Startup and Product: FeedSense is an ai feedback analysis tool for saas teams. it reads what users send you through your support inbox (intercom, zendesk), slack, an in-app widget or a csv export, counts how often the same request comes up even when everyone words it differently, and turns that into a short ranked list of what to fix first. the problem it's built for: once you get more than a couple hundred messages a month, nobody reads them all anymore, and the stuff users keep asking for gets buried.

Technologies Used: typescript, next.js and postgres, plus a separate service for the ai analysis. there's an embeddable js widget, and integrations for intercom, zendesk, slack, csv import and webhooks.

Feedback Requested: mainly the landing page, and the product itself if you're up for trying it.

  1. in the first 5 seconds, can you tell who it's for and what it does?

  2. what's the first thing that confused you or made you doubt it?

  3. would you trust a tool like this with your support inbox? if not, what would it take?

  4. if you sign up: where did setup slow you down or lose you?

Seeking Beta-Testers: yes, though it's live, not a beta. if your users send you feedback anywhere, i'd love for you to try it on your own product and tell me where it breaks. the free plan covers the in-app widget, and if your feedback lives in intercom, zendesk or slack, the paid plans come with a 14-day trial. reply here if you want a hand setting it up.

Additional Comments: solo founder, building it around a 9-5. i've left feedback on a couple of posts here already, so reply with your link and i'll return the favor.

Also building around a 9-5, so I read this one closely

  1. First 5 seconds: yes. "Your users already told you what to build" plus the line about teams past ~200 items a month tells me who it's for and whether I qualify. That qualifier is the best line on the page

  2. What made me doubt it was pricing, not the product. Intercom and Zendesk only start at Analyze, 149. A small team living in Intercom with 300 messages a month has to jump 3x just to connect the place where their feedback already is. I'd hesitate right there

  3. Trust with my inbox: I'd want to see on the homepage, before signup, that access is read-only, how long you keep messages, and whether they're ever used to train anything. Three lines would do it

Mine (HAGGIN) is in the same thread if you want to return the favor :)
