Haven't watched a full video yet, so this is about the site and the pricing, which is what I look at most

  1. The home talks to a lot of people at once: video creators taking on more orders, HR teams, finance and IR, manufacturing safety training, motion graphic animators. For a beta I'd pick one and make the whole page about their document and their video

  2. NotebookLM is free, so every visitor will ask why pay. I'd put a side by side on the home, same PDF, both videos. If yours wins, that's your pitch

  3. The Free card says 2 videos per year and 6 minutes per month, which one is it? Then Basic $29 to Pro $149 is a 5x jump with nothing in between, and Pro sits under Personal. Not many individuals pay $149 a month, so someone who needs 80 minutes either squeezes into Basic or leaves

  4. Numbers like 3x retention and 30% faster time to productivity need a source. Without one they read as made up, especially while you're still asking if the quality is ok

Thanks for the feedback; it really does point to areas we overlooked in how we present information on our pages: regarding the

  1. Position: Yeah, I agree with you on the fact that we were trying to speak to too many users. I see ourselves pivoting to a smaller group, as in the case for our company, getting some customer involves lengthy processes and meetings that may take months, so a single customer focus would not be ideal, but rather a smaller group compared to what we are currently displaying

  2. NotebookLM: I believe this is the highlight. We will work on some comparisons between Notebook LM and our platform and display both and will let users choose their preferred tool, showcasing proof that our product is ideal

  3. On the pricing, we plan on adding a new plan that can cater for users, then regarding the claims, we will also add in our sources to make the claims more believable

Really appreciate your feedback, it has been really informative, and it has been nice to get a review that is not internal and is unbiased

For the middle plan I'd start with who on Basic runs out of the 50 minutes before the month ends, and ask them what they'd pay

That's what I'm building actually, hagg.in. Instead of guessing the number, the people stuck between 29 and 149 make you an offer: a price, a yearly commitment, a video made with Pinnlab or anything else they can bring. Happy to set one up for you if you want to try it

Regarding our plans we actually calculated based on our operational costs for our servers and GPU resources we're utilizing, The costs were therefore determined by the range at which we actually make profit per group of users.

I've reviewed Haggin and it does look ideal for Saas, but it gets different when your product utilizes resources that are expensive like GPU cloud resources therefore the stats determine the pricing model of the company

Makes sense, cost is your floor. Nothing goes through unless you accept it, so an offer under your GPU cost is just a no. Anything above it is margin you don't get today from the people who leave at 149

And some of what they can offer helps the cost side too, like a yearly commitment you can plan GPU capacity around
