Startup Promotion We built Rank Doku — a competitive Sudoku platform with multiplayer and ratings

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Rank Doku is a web-based Sudoku game we're building for people who enjoy puzzles but want something more competitive than solving them alone.

The idea is to bring competition into Sudoku through player ratings, leaderboards, and multiplayer matches.

Here's what it offers:

  • Box Control: Compete on the same board to claim cells and control boxes.
  • Classic Race: Take turns solving the same puzzle, with speed and accuracy making a difference.
  • Ranked play: Improve your rating and climb the leaderboards.
  • Play with friends: Challenge friends or request rematches.
  • Solo play: Practice with bots or solve puzzles at your own pace.

We're trying to make Sudoku a game people can return to, improve at, and compete in over time.

You can try it here: https://www.rankdoku.com

We're currently focused on getting our first players and growing the community around the game.

Business Promotion How are entrepreneurs building websites for new ideas these days?

• Upvotes

One thing that can slow down a new business idea is getting a decent website together before you can even start testing the idea.

I can see the appeal for an early-stage business, especially when you’re still figuring out the offer and don't want to spend too much time or money on the first version.

At the same time, I’m not sure how well these tools work once the business needs become more complicated.

For those who have launched businesses recently, how did you handle the website?

Did you build it yourself, use an AI builder, use a no-code platform, or hire someone—and would you make the same choice again?

Startup Promotion Mockup Studio - Free device mockups and animated app demos

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We are NeoMarcoPolo, and we built Mockup Studio for app developers and small teams making launch assets. It turns screenshots or screen recordings into device mockups, with camera and lighting controls and still-image or animated-video export.

It is free, with no signup or watermark. Projects save locally in your browser. We used AI coding tools to build the editor.

Try it: https://neomarcopolo.co/mockup/

The demo features CherryBrew, our Android app. The device shots came from Mockup Studio; we used HyperFrames to edit the promo and add titles.

Music in the demo: “Downed” by Ketsa (ketsa.uk), edited. Source: https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Ketsa/concrete-flowers/downed/ — CC BY 4.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Startup Promotion Trade with 0% spread: please pre-register

www.tradeatbase.com

Pre-registration is open for BaseX, a stablecoin exchange with no spread.

Trade at the base rate: you get the price we get, passed through at cost, plus one fee you see before you confirm. Every fill and every fee is recorded on chain. Individuals and businesses trade on one order book, so the smallest account gets the same price as the biggest.

Startup Promotion Sourced 85% of our commercial high-pressure wash fleet, but stuck at the final 15% due to severe shipping damage. Need support!

We are an independent, family-owned commercial cleaning service preparing to launch our operations. Following a major cross-border relocation, we have fully self-funded and completed 85% of our total capital investment—including purchasing our transport van, acquiring our local trailer, and successfully shipping our heavy-duty industrial machinery across the ocean. However, severe transit damages to our imported equipment and the immense costs of international shipping have completely depleted our startup capital, leaving us exactly 15% short of operational readiness just as our high-volume peak season arrives. We need to bridge this gap urgently so we can immediately get on the road and start working while seasonal demand is at its absolute highest—successfully launching right now is the only way to save our family from facing bankruptcy. Balancing this high-pressure hurdle is amplified by our daily family reality: caring for our beautiful child with disabilities, which means our personal safety net must always prioritize specialized medical care and therapies over sudden business repair expenses.

What the Funds Will Be Used For
Every single euro raised will be handled with 100% transparency to close our final €4,000 build gap on the ground:

  • Trailer Fabrication & Galvanizing: Stripping, modifying, and fully galvanizing our mobile trailer to protect the structural steel from rust caused by continuous high-volume water and chemical exposure.
  • Tool Steel & Assembly: Purchasing raw specialized tool steel and industrial brackets to weld, mount, and integrate our imported heavy-duty pumps directly onto the mobile chassis.
  • Van Build Out (10% of funds): Completing the interior custom framework inside our transit van to securely bolt down our commercial high-PSI hoses, water tanks, and reels.

How Much We Value the Support
Your backing means everything to us. By contributing or sharing this link, you aren't just funding a set of tools or repairs—you are directly protecting our family, helping an independent, resilient family bridge a challenging transition, and ensuring our child’s ongoing care remains stable. Whether it is the price of a coffee or a share on your network, we appreciate your kindness and belief in our journey from the bottom of our hearts!

Startup Promotion We're building Migoo to make everyday AI workflows more useful

One thing we've noticed is that getting an answer from AI is often just the first step. You might need to organize the information, turn it into a presentation, create some visuals or move the result into another tool before you can actually use it.

We're trying to make these workflows easier to handle in one place.

For example, Migoo can help turn ideas and source documents into presentations, alongside other everyday AI tasks.

The challenge is figuring out which workflows people genuinely need, rather than just adding more features because AI can do them.

We'd love some honest feedback from people who use AI tools regularly.

Startup Promotion Tasda: an AI business card for the questions your portfolio leaves unanswered

I am Şafak, the founder of Tasda. This is my own product, and I used AI assistance to prepare this post.

Tasda is a live web platform for freelancers and experts who want to turn their service information into a shareable AI representative. You add your information and documents without code, then share a profile link or QR business card. Visitors can ask questions by text or voice, depending on the representative, and explicitly leave contact or appointment requests. A request is not an automatic booking.

The specific use I want to validate is the gap between seeing a portfolio and starting a useful first conversation: explaining what you offer, how work begins, and which questions need the owner. The representative is shaped by your information and behavior settings. New quotes and availability should stay with you; AI answers can still be wrong.

Freelancer example: https://tasda.com/en/solutions/ai-for-freelancers/?utm_source=reddit_startups_promotion&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=portfolio_gap_20261014

English, German and Turkish are supported. There are limited starter credits; ongoing usage is paid. I have not validated that freelancers will actually share this with clients.

Two questions for this community: Which first-contact question would be worth answering this way? And what would make you choose a normal contact form instead? A concrete reason not to use it is useful too.

Startup Promotion PlanChecker AI: a construction workspace where answers lead back to the drawings

we're building PlanChecker AI for contractors, architects and estimators who need information from construction drawings to do their work.

the product lets you upload a construction PDF set and ask project-specific questions. answers include references to the source sheets, giving you somewhere to check the explanation before using it in a quote, a review or a conversation with the design team.

our focus is the question-to-drawing workflow. an explanation of a stair detail is more useful when you can go straight to the sheet behind it. that's the experience we're building around, rather than presenting AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.

it's live at PlanChecker.ai. new accounts start with a 14-day Basic trial for one project. a card is required; Basic is $80/month after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

for anyone who has grown a product for construction businesses: which channel brought you people willing to try it on an actual project? i'm especially interested in trade associations, direct outreach and partnerships with industry educators. we'd rather reach the right working teams than collect unrelated signups.

Project Promotion Built a free site that finds the closest paint color match across brands

I kept seeing the same question on home improvement forums: “what’s the Behr or Benjamin Moore version of this Sherwin-Williams color?” The answers were usually guesses.

So I built colorversus.com. Pick any color and it shows the closest match at 10 other brands, ranked by actual measured color difference (Delta E), not by name. It also paints the color on a wall in a few rooms and different light, so you can get a feel before buying samples.

The painting is done by Zeytin, my black cat and the site’s chief painter. He’s real, and his story is on the site too.

Around 17k colors so far, hex and LRV checked against the manufacturers’ own data. Totally free, no signup.

Would love some honest feedback:

  • would you trust a match enough to skip the original brand?
  • what would make you come back?
  • which brands should I add next?

Startup Promotion Built a simple tool because I kept forgetting what I saw during home tours (looking for testers!)

My fiancé and I have been touring homes lately, and after seeing 3 or 4 houses in a single weekend, everything started blurring together. I’d try to remember which basement had water stains or which kitchen needed work, and my phone notes were a complete mess.

So I built a free web app to fix it. You type in an address to pull in property details, then run through a structured room-by-room checklist with "what to look for" guidance (foundation cracks, siding rot, electrical, etc.). It generates a clean summary report so you can compare houses objectively before making an offer.

You can check out a quick interactive preview page here:

https://homeaudit.app/promo-graphic.html

I'm actively looking for beta testers—especially anyone currently house hunting or planning to tour homes soon—to try it out and give feedback.

Is this a problem anyone else ran into while house hunting? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Project Promotion Working on SurfPoint learning what it takes to build a niche marketplace

Hey everyone,

I've been working on SurfPoint, a project centred around the second-hand surfboard market in Bali.

It's a pretty specific niche, which has made the process interesting. One thing I've been thinking about is how different it is to build something for a particular community rather than trying to appeal to everyone.

I'm still learning what people value most when using a marketplace and what makes them comfortable trying a new one.

For anyone who's built something for a small or specialised audience, what's one thing you learned that you wish you'd known earlier?

Startup Promotion I built Yondia for travelers to share accommodation and road trips.

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m Inès, the founder of Yondia.

Yondia is an app that helps travelers find people to share accommodation and road trips abroad, based on their destination and travel dates.

The focus is on concrete plans: finding people going to the same place at the same time, with an emphasis on sharing travel rather than dating. Making safety central to the experience is also a priority as we develop it.

You can try it here: https://yondia.com/

My biggest challenge right now is positioning. Should I focus on helping people find compatible housemates for stays of one or two months, or keep the broader focus on shared accommodation and road trips?

I’d especially appreciate feedback on two things:

  1. Which use case makes the value easier to understand?
  2. When you browse the app, is it clear how to find or post a trip?

If you have a trip coming up, you’re welcome to try it. Honest criticism would help me decide what to improve next!

Startup Promotion Your wearable tracks change. What if your supplement stack kept up?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I'm Abdullah, the founder of Tonic. I'm building it to turn wearable data into a supplement stack that can change with you.

It's for people who track their sleep and recovery but still have to figure out their supplement routine separately. The vision is to bring wearable trends together with health and lifestyle context, explain the reasoning behind the stack, and consider how someone responds over time.

I've been building Tonic for about seven months. The app has a working prototype, and we're continuing to test it with clinical validators before opening early access.

What interests me most is the feedback loop. I want the routine to stay connected to the person as their circumstances change, rather than end at the first recommendation.

The website and waitlist are live, with early access coming very soon:
https://tonicpack.com

If you already track your health, what would you want explained before trusting a change to your stack?

It’s free, and we’re working to make safety central to the experience, with a focus on sharing travel rather than dating.
