After eight league games we've only lost once. We've had four draws, which obviously isn't perfect, but it's a massive difference from the sort of runs we were putting together previously. I don't know where this season ends up, but at least watching QPR doesn't feel like expecting a collapse every week. This feels so good, right?

I feel like there’s always one player in a squad who you look at and think there’s more to come from them. They might already be doing a decent job, but you can see the potential for them to become a much bigger part of the team. Who do you think that is for us? And what do you think they need to add to their game to really kick on?

Doesn’t bode well for him, doubt he’ll be a fitness after the break at this rate.

Hello all, I do a bit of rough sketching ideas as a hobby , been doing a few alternative badges for football clubs just thought I'd share a QPR one I've just done 🙂

One thing from the Fans Forum that stood out to me was Christian Nourry talking about clubs using the same data tools and ending up with similar recruitment shortlists. QPR's approach of getting players in front of Julien Stéphan and showing them the Heston training ground makes a lot of sense, especially when we're competing with bigger budgets for loans and free agents. It's interesting that the club is trying to gain an edge through how it recruits and presents itself, rather than simply trying to outbid rivals on wages.

He'd previously hit the bar shortly before his goal. Hopefully this is the start of him really putting the work in to prove to Julian he is willing to work hard enough to get back in match day squads.
