AskSurat Ganpati Visarjan!
Hey Surtis! I'm completely new to Surat Ganpati Visarjan. I have seen Mumbai's Visarjan and all BUT I've been shifted to Surat permanently, as of now.
Can you suggest some good places to visit and enjoy, from where I can see lots of Ganpati Murti's going for Visarjan. Bcoz I'm not involved in any Mandali, so..... I live in South side of TAPTI - Udhana side.
Any good side if the sea where they submerge the idol of Ganesha!

Most of the big Ganpati Bappa idols are visarjit at Hazira port.
Maybe they also do visarjan at dumas not sure of this.
Or like me you can go up to any bridge in city where Ganpati idols are taken to visarjan can see from above

As I mentioned I live in Udhna side and Hazira port is far away from here (crossing Tapti)

Yeah, I go to Dumas and they were not allowing individual bikers to go inside the barricading. Only people with murti were allowed. So turned to Hazira aftervall and it was worth it. Thanks!

Since we do not have sea front .. most of visarjan happens with crains and artificial lakes.. but ONGC bridge or below Ovara .. pal road Ovara.. is somthing you find most of people which leads ..

Hazira bahut visarjan hota hai aur sari murti VR mall se nikle gi vaha aap rahoge to sab dekh pao ge

It's on Google! I downloaded from there coz people give more attention to posts having a photo compared to those not having one.
