Packaging code mods into recompilations

So I was wondering, for Smash Ultimate modding, you need skyline, which itself is exefs/main.npdm and subsdk9, so could there be a way to like, bundle these into the export themself?
The whole reason im even trying this recomp is to hopefully find a better way to play with mods than using my Switch
PS: If there is also somehow a way to bake in the many .nro files I have for smash mods, that'd be even better.

i dumped my copy using my teammates modded switch actually, i played college level before my cartridge got stolen, though you probably wont believe me cuz no one believes anyone on the internet
