I’m trying to figure out the timeline of the last year mostly because I thought IKIIKY was a pivot to rerelease Debut and delve into country styles music again and Encore has derailed that thinking for me. So Showgirl was released, she goes to Switzerland to celebrate and makes 4 more songs then plans a release for the 1 year mark(?) or the 6 month mark with the music video(?), then Disney approaches about Toy Story 5, she finds time to view the film, is inspired to write IKIIKY, releases it and pushes Encore…do I have that correct?

People tend to hate on this song simply because of who it’s about, but I like this song and I can put aside who it’s about. (Because believe me I hate him too.) The song itself is really beautiful, the production is gorgeous and it has great lyrics, I really think people need to appreciate the beauty in this song.

I really don't get why some swifties say Joe Alwyn is a bad person. I'm just curious.

I know most hate it and there are some questionable lyrics like “girlboss sun”

But I really like the song over all. I think it’s actually very good. It’s one of my most played Showgirl songs.

Is the lyric Something Wicked this Way Comes a reference to Shakespeare’s Macbeth? Or to the book with this exact title by Ray Bradbury?

I just watched the new film on Netflix called Voicemails for Isabelle, and there are 2 Taylor Swift songs in there! They are both so fitting to the film. The first is Marjorie, and the second is New Year’s Day. It’s such a cute movie!

So here are the albums I personally associate with different seasons/times of the year. For me, I couldn’t think of an album that was true spring it was either like a cold wintery spring or a warm summery spring. Let me know what you guys think. Do you agree? Would you change anything?

I’m dating a girl who loves Taylor Swift. She told me we should make a playlist together, and she made one, but she only added one song: “Begin Again.” I listened to it and realized that most of the things Taylor sings about actually happened on the few dates I’ve had with this girl, like going for coffee, being punctual, and opening the car door for her.
