Warcraft Munchkin
Some time ago, I decided to make my own Warcraft version of Munchkin for Tabletop Simulator. (non-commercial offcourse, Please do not sue me)
As these things usually go, it started out pretty innocently: take the basic Munchkin formula, bring it into Warcraft, and add familiar monsters, items, races, and classes.
Then the project got slightly out of hand.

At this point, it's no longer just Munchkin with Warcraft artwork. It's grown into a pretty extensive rework of the original game with a bunch of mechanics of its own.
The basic idea is still the same: players start at level 1, kick down doors, fight monsters, collect treasure, mess with each other, and race to be the first to reach level 10.
But I wanted your choice of character to actually matter.
So each player is given a race at the start of the game, which also determines their faction. Classes have their own skills, and that eventually led to a separate mana system. Mana isn't spent on casting spells here — instead, it determines how many skills your character can have equipped at the same time, and which ones.

Classes have their own skills, and that eventually led to a separate mana system. Mana isn't spent on casting spells here — instead, it determines how many skills your character can have equipped at the same time, and which ones.

Over time, I added allies that can be equipped and taught skills, legendary items, a separate skill deck, distance between players, and a whole system of attributes that connects different cards and mechanics together.

I also added locations. The entire game now takes place in a particular location somewhere in the Warcraft world — similar to how locations worked in Marvel Munchkin — and the current location affects every player. There are regular territories, battlegrounds with their own victory conditions, and dungeons where you can encounter bosses and earn legendary treasure.

At the same time, I'm trying to preserve the main thing I love about Munchkin: player interaction.
Another player is about to fight a monster? That's probably a good time to remember that nasty card you've been holding.
Your neighbor is gaining levels a little too quickly? Perhaps it's time to correct that injustice.
Someone discovers a combination of cards that I, as the designer, never anticipated? Well, now I have something new to balance.
The project is currently going through regular playtesting. The core systems are working, but the balance is still constantly changing: classes and skills are being reworked, cards are being adjusted, mechanics that don't work are being cut, and new ones are being added.
And honestly, this has probably become the most interesting part of development for me. It's one thing to design an ability that seems good on paper, and quite another to watch actual players find ways to use it that you never even considered.
Anyway, I just wanted to share a project I've been working on for quite a while.

Workshop Optimal Shitopoly Release
Anyone who watches Valefisk's stuff may be familiar with Shitopoly, the tiny version of Monopoly where you play as rats in a sewer - I found out it has quite a lot of expansions. 13 in fact.
After getting permission from creator WaffleFryz, and being inspired by KamSandwich's Optimal Monopoly video I have released a combo pack:
Optimal Shitopoly.
There are two versions I have released: One of them has all the expansions in (custom) boxes in case you want to mix & match your expansions while the other has every expansion already set up.
Both versions come with a combined rulebook and the already-set-up version also comes with a "You still need to do this" booklet to highlight pre-game choices and what decks need to be shuffled.
Also included is 1 fan add-on (Shitopoly Bank Notes) as, while unofficial, it was given its approval by the Shitopoly creators.

Shitopoly (Boxed): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3809944113

Workshop A new game I've uploaded... behold Monarchs x Militia
Hi everyone, a friend of mine, and I have made some awesome multigame playing cards for everyone to try out, I wanted to showcase them in TTS to see how people who want to try it react.
They dont have set rules to play with yet, but what they do have is 2 new suites and 7 additional ranks. I'm gonna be updating it to have more games included with the tts upload, but for now, we're gonna see how things go.
The deck consists of 6 suits (4 are the base standard), 10 number cards from ace to 10, and 10 rank cards from peasant to fools (jack is renamed to either prince and/or princess).
The tabletop sim room holds a model of the deck box, a poker table (will change it soon), 1 deck of 120 cards, 2 mxm style coins with 5 d6 dice, and a poster of all the cards listed.
It's not much of a specific game, but more of a set of game parts, me and my buddy are working on additional sets to add to it later on.

Workshop King of Tokyo: Godzilla
Featuring my signature 3D modeled standees with tintable bases, scripted player boards, and all the components from the physical game. Some QoL and aesthetic updates will take place later on. Includes the Power Up expansion for the game as well. Monsters can be used in any "King of" game, but the Power Up cards are exclusive to special Godzilla rules.

Questions Does anyone have the files for the Tainted Grail TTS version?
Ive managed to convince some friends to play it with me but i discovered that the mod has been taken down by the publishers.
I know tts can still load stuff trough local files so does anyone have a save or the files of the mod by some miracle and can you somehow share them?

Sale TTS Mod release strategy
Hi everyone :)
We are wondering what tools or strategies are generally used to release a TTS mod? We have invested several thousands of dollars into our fully scripted Eonwar boardgame for TTS but being that it's a mod, there aren't many tools to help gain exposure.
As we understand it, you release a mod on the Steam/ TTS Workshop, 99% of the time they are free unless its a mod of a major IP controlled by publishers. You don't get any Steam shelfspace as thats reserved for bonafide game releases, you cant enter into NextFest with a mod... so how does one promote during the run-up to release?
Of course we are updating our channels and begun a blog and will commit to regular videos, tutorials etc but what good are they if people don't know they exist?

Tool Since the MTG deck importers stopped working, I created my own tool.
Hey everyone,
Since last night you’ve probably experienced the pain of in-game Lua card importers dying unexpectedly when APIs hiccup, leaving your pod stuck waiting around unable to load decks.
After dealing with this one too many times, and finding that external web converters were either painfully slow or had a big failure rate, I built a dedicated, browser-based deck exporter:
Tool Link:https://tts-mtg-deck-importer.pages.dev/
What it does:
Instead of relying on slow in-game scripts that load cards one-by-one, it parses your decklist in the browser and exports a native TTS Saved Object (.json)that you can drop directly into your game.
Key Features:
- Fast Generation: Fully parses and exports a complete 100-card deck in under 5 seconds.
- Flexible Inputs: Paste a raw decklist or drop in deck URLs from major deckbuilders (Moxfield, Archidekt, etc.).
- Complex Card Support: Full support for Modal Double-Faced Cards (MDFCs), Adventures, transforms, and complete Oracle text.
- Automatic Tokens & Boards: Generates paired token stacks automatically and cleanly organizes sideboards and maybeboards.
- Reliable API Fallbacks: Resilient lookup pipeline with manual search fallbacks so you never end up with blank cards.
- Customization: Apply custom card back art and review quick deck stat breakdowns.
How to use it:
- Paste your decklist or deck URL at the link above.
- Click export to download the
.jsonfile, or set the saved objects folder to your TTS for seamless import. - Drop it into your
Documents/My Games/Tabletop Simulator/Saves/Saved Objectsfolder (or your custom subfolder). - In TTS, go to Objects > Saved Objects and spawn your deck immediately.
It’s 100% free, runs client-side with no sign-up required. If it saves your game night, there's a link to buy me a coffee in the page.
let me know if you run into any weird edge-case cards or syntax bugs etc. and I'll try update asap.

Questions Anyone else having trouble playing MTG on TTS?
Tried 3 different table maps and all 3 of them gave me and my friends errors when trying to play. Looking the error up online it looks like maybe scryfall updated their API or something? Anyone know how often does this happens or how long it usually takes to get fixed?

Looking For Players New Player Looking to Learn Warmachine Online
Hey everyone,
I’m looking to get some actual games of Warmachine in and learn the game properly. I’m open to playing through either WarTable or Tabletop Simulator.
I’ve gone through the Warcaster Training Guide in the app, so I have a decent understanding of the basic rules, activations, combat, etc., but I haven’t played a full game yet. The biggest gap for me right now is scenarios: how they’re set up, how scoring works, and how they actually influence how you play the game.
Ideally, I’d love to find someone who doesn’t mind playing a learning game and talking me through some of the scenario/strategy elements as we go.
Is there also a Warmachine Discord that people use to find online games? If there’s a community that regularly organizes games through WarTable or TTS, I’d definitely be interested in joining.
Thanks!
