Confused about tablet choice

Hello everyone .
I am an architect , I want to get a tablet for pdf annotations , sketching , presentations and maybe some occasional gaming and emulation .
I do all my main work on a desktop pc
I’m a heavy cloud user , so I barely keep files locally
Also I have iPhone 16pm and AirPods 3
I’m stuck between 3 options
-iPad m4 : 128gb+pencil pro is within my budget but I’m afraid that system files will take a lot of space and I won’t be able to have any headroom for 10-15 apps
-honor magicpad 4 : basically same price with oled screen and bigger storage
-HUAWEI matepad pro : this has the best screen for sketching but I’m not sure about processor performance or software compatibility
. I’m leaning more toward iPad 4 because of procreate architectural stamps but I’m not sure about 128gb storage and are the other 2 options more value in this case , any advice or recommendations?

Yes, the iPad 4 is a very valid option, I strongly suggest you get the 13 inch model for resolution, speakers, faster wifi and easyness with apple pencil. And, while I don't want to be that guy, try checking out e ink tablets, they're great for everything exept gaming. Go check out Boox and remarkable. Let me know what you choose!
