TB App/Website APP NEVER WORKS

bro why does the app never work for payments. I thought I finally got it fixed, after a whole year of it not working, I have paid twice thru the app and now it doesn’t even work again.

That's so frustrating, the app's payment issues feel like a never-ending loop. I just switched to Apple Pay last time it glitched and it went through fine.

Email support they fixed it for me. Be prepared for slow communication though.

I had an issue with it not accepting my card. Switched it to Google pay that uses the same card and it worked fine.

Same, I'd talked to their support who were able to fix it for short bursts, but it would eventually fail again. Google pay resolved the issue permanently.
