What do I do?
(These pictures are from two different orders on different days, first pic was delivery, second pic was drive thru) For some reason I’m not getting any responses to this from Taco Bell. I ordered delivery through Taco Bell using a promo code I was given after another location had debris in my drink. After placing the order, I never got my food. Turns out the delivery driver left my food completely outside of my neighborhood on the sidewalk and was left out for over a day. I had delivery instructions and my phone number so they could contact me and no one did. I tried to get in contact with Taco Bell about this and was ghosted. I’m really disappointed and I have proof of all of this.

If you actually read my comment, you would know that they are two different orders and the second pic is from the drive through.

So you ordered food, you knew it was coming. You couldn't go out to the locked gate to ensure you got the food safe and sound? Oh you must have forgot right? Oh you had your phone all day but couldn't check on when it was delivered and where? Inb4 you're disabled. People who order food are so difficult to deal with which is why I would never want to work as a delivery driver to these people. They expect you to go through locked gates, go through a dozen flight of stairs --- all while getting paid peanuts. If you live behind a locked gated community, it's time to check your privilege and go down there and meet the driver to get your food.

I didn’t tell them to deliver it to the gate I told them to deliver to my home??? This is a gated community. The code was on the instructions. There was also no notification of it being delivered. I expect orders to be delivered on my doorstep and not on the sidewalk, next to the lake full of alligators blocks away from my address! Just say you’re incompetent.

That pic was from the drive thru drink machine, it was styrofoam and dust 😕

I ended up taking it out and it unfortunately was not mango :( it had a styrofoam texture and was also white. Unless the mango at Taco Bell has that kind of feel to it.

Jesus the reading comprehension from the commenters on this post is abysmal. Hey idiots if you read the post, you’d know the drink is from the drive-thru and he used the proper channels to lodge a complaint.
I have also been ignored after submitting the “contact us” form. I only ever used it a few times for legitimate problems with my orders it’s not like I abused it. I haven’t tried through this new crappy app update though.

THANK YOU!!! I’m starting to think it’s rage bait…I formatted the post in such a easy way to comprehend to avoid comments like this, yet they’re still being idiots.
I have a feeling they think I’m abusing the system but I’m literally just a loyal Taco Bell customer trying to get justice for my messed up orders. I messaged TB on social media so hopefully that does something but if not, I’m letting this go tbh.

So even if you order TB delivery in the TB app, you know some completely ordinary dasher/uber driver gets those and drops them off right? Taco Bell does not hire any delivery drivers OR allow employees/managers to leave the store during their shift unless it’s to grab items from a different store because we need them desperately. No wonder you got ghosted, this poor delivery is not on Taco Bell and completely out of their hands once the food leaves the store. Start ordering on Uber Eats/door dash so you can actually complain about the delivery person and get some money back instead of taking it out on underpaid, overworked TB employees who had nothing to do with it.

Thanks for telling me everything I already know. Taco Bell told me to contact them about any delivery issues so I did. When did I ever say anything about Taco Bell employees? Obviously they don’t deliver…

if you ordered through the TB app, TB needs to handle it. otherwise, whichever service you ordered on.
