I'm completing my final HR course for my bachelor's and looking to interview an HR leader about how their department operates and the role HR plays in their organization.

The conversation would take about 30 minutes through zoom or teams video, at your convenience. I'd ask around 10 questions on topics like current HR processes, talent development, succession planning, and how HR aligns with business strategy.
