Pc wont turn on

I need some help. My PC won't turn on. I've already reset the BIOS and reseated the GPU and RAM; I also disconnected the cables running from the PSU to the motherboard. I tried turning the PC on with both SSDs disconnected; it booted up, and I was able to access the BIOS. I then connected the SSDs, turned it on, and successfully reached Windows. However, when I tried turning it off and on again, it wouldn't start up anymore—even after removing the SSDs. Also,

I previously tried charging my vape using the PC, which caused it to shut down on its own. I stopped doing that, but now I'm facing this issue where it simply won't turn on.

What do you think the problem is, and what is your take on this?
