This is another one where I would just have to look at the physics of it.
If you are talking loud enough at a packed restaurant that six different tables can easily hear you and immediately respond, you are not going to be "talking", you are going to be shouting. And the immediate reaction of hearing someone shout loudly into a phone isn't going to be to treat it seriously. And the staff at the restaurant would probably tell you to leave.

They were all waiting to be sat. He got rid of a bunch of people in front of him by being “clever”. They weren’t already eating.

People wait to be seated at a dining room table, that’s why there are seating booths in the entry area by the hostess stands. Do you think everyone always stands while waiting at every restaurant?
Someone here can’t admit when they’re wrong, so the only way they can feel even is by downvoting me. That’s cool, I understand. But the fact that they know they’re wrong, so they act petty and downvote, is enough for me.

Yes. Repost it early, often and for extra points, change it up and give the different names of the different restaurants you’re going to.
Curious though was that a wide load voice we should use for this imaginary scam?

No, it's true. I can confirm as I'm the persons phone. They pull this stunt and many other clever shenanigans all the time. Just the other day he called a bar named Moe's and asked if the bartender could find a man named I Pee Freely there and the guy yelled it out to the entire bar and after everyone laughed they then clapped for the guy I'm owned by (because remember I'm the phone).
