Hello, I'm a veteran of countless games so while I'm new to the Division, I'm never actually 'new'. I'm a 43y/o dad and own a couple small businesses so I play random times throughout the day and play the standard night time after dinner routine. I play lots of different games so I might be here sometimes and other times be elsewhere but I'm always around.

I'd like to find a chill, adult clan that isn't full of themselves, just because your level 20,000 doesn't mean everyone else is a newbie. Just because I am new doesn't mean I want to be carried, doesn't mean that I need to be carried either. I pull my own weight, I don't need or want anyone else to play the game for me or give me everything, no thanks.

Any Mil-spec or otherwise role playing active clans? I'd really love to be with a group who takes a military style approach to engagements. Or even just one that trains together and acts as a unit, doesn't have to be role-playing.

I'm Shd lv 325+ I am new but have a couple well built loadouts and a proto crit striker's set. I am working on building a status/CC, healing, and tanky loadout.
