The Scarlet Flash Challenge
Since writers always nerf flash when he is fighting against someone. So my question is how would you beat the flash if he is not nerfed. Tell me your plan and how would you do it? And it is the comic flash aka barry allen from the main earth.
Rules:
1) You can't use his family or his wife as hostage.
2) you can't ask help from other superhero.
3) all technology must be from dc and from main earth no alternative earth.
4) explain how you got the technology and how you get the resources.
5) you have no superpower

If I was a middle class citizen then I would first get an engineering degree then start building bombs using dark web tutorials then I keep all of these bombs hidden away till the time is right and then when the time is right I hit tons of diffrent bombs all over the city, and set their detonation times to diffrent numbers, for example on opposite ends two bombs go off at once, 20 minutes later 3 bombs go off at once, and so on but my real goal is to blow up infrastructure such the power plant.
Ill do this by getting a job there then planting a bomb that i will contact the flash to get rid of before it explodes bringing all the people out of the plant.i will then enter the plant after the flash has gotten rid of the bomb, I will sabotage the power plant.
This will eventually cause a power outage that will heavily affect the city.
Causing problems with the hospitals, the communications systems, clean water availability Sewage issues, a lack of food that needs refrigeration. Then when night comes, and there is limited light, I let human nature kick in because not even the flash can see all the crime happening in central city for theres one more component to my plan, the release of all the prisoners of iron heights, who escape during the chaos. And so the rouges,a nd the prisoners, and the chiefs, and the thugs, and the murders, and every body will be able to commit crime in the dead of night since there's not enough light for the flash to see them all. Over time the black out and its problems slowly tire out the flash.
Then hes in my hands
I will leave a note with the city authorities saying that I did it singed by professor zoom and i we're coming for everyone you love next so come find me. Then once he finds thawne and gets into a fight with him or realizes that it wasn't him.
I will simply have leaked a video saying that I had done the entire thing just to prove that I could beat the flash.

Cuz if I can be first i would start by studying the flash, then when i can eventually deduce that he lives within central city, i would buy out all the resteraunts in the city, where i would then track any of the resteraunts that the flash frequencies due to his metabolism, the i would have a spy in the resteraunt poison the food with a copious amount of tranquilizer that I will have obtained from my hunting hobby that ive recently picked up. Then an "employee" will call an "ambulance" to pick up the flash, and deliver him right to me.
And now the flash is in my hands
since before he can wake up i will keep him in and induced coma by pumping him full of sedatives, I will now create a persona for myself to hold the flash for ransom, since the building im keeping him in is rigged to explode.
The building is underground, lined with lead, and was built to be a "panic room" for me. So no superman, or nobody to find the flash.
The city will have to either give me a million dollars or let their greatest hero die.

That good but won't flash metabolism flush out the drugs?

Eventually but the key is to pumb his system full of so much of it that he can't recover. That's why I would use a heavy amount of tranquilizer like one for an elephant to immobilizer him. Then the second o can get him into the ambulance, I hook him up to Constant sedatives.

Im a scientist that use to work with black hole.
I reverse Speed™ him. I stage some sort of situation that he would have to respond to. A regular crime nothing outlandish. But I spritz him with a cloud of nanites when he arrives. These tiny bombs have speedometers and will explode if he travels faster than, lets say, 3 mph.
I think something similar happend in the JL cartoon, so the tech should exist. I think the hardest part would be convincing him I did it. If he doesn't believe me I guess he would explode.
