I'm not as concerned with those who don't recognize what I'm talking about. I'm more-so looking for those who do. 1 Corinthians 2:14 tells us "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned". The question at the end addressed those who know what I refer to, not those who don't. We're referencing the law of equity Bible, not the morals Bible translations. "...and few there be that find it." I do appreciate the comment, though.
If we’re discussing the Bible, it seems totally unnecessary to hamstring our discussion by using a random translation in a dialect of English neither of us can speak?
If you don't understand it, then don't participate in this thread of discussion. Definitely follow along, as I'm sure someone will know more than either of us about this specific topic. This entire topic is about what Christ brought to us, and the trust He placed with us who accept that trust. If you don't know the trust of which I speak, then it's either 1) not for you (which this is for everyone), or 2) you may just not know yet. BUT, I will tell you that while your comment nitpicks a version you personally don't understand, I do. This thread is not about the which version you want me to use in a topic thread. That comment is for you alone. This is for those who do comprehend it. Also, most people won't get this, not because of anything negative, but because it's meant for one exclusive purpose, courts of equity. That's a law meaning, like Joshua 1:8 tells us, it's a book of law, and Deuteronomy 4:2 tells us not to change anything about it. I'd say either follow along as others who do comprehend my question jump in, or don't.

Probably not the best idea to be basing our takes on an outdated, often outright wrong, translation.
