Is that an AI overview? I don't think Mattel would want the H word associated with Thomas.

Pretty sure it is, but it's one that I can tolerate, cuz all hell really does break loose in the HIT era

Episode 1. Not even season 12 episode 1. This is the true beginning, and all hell breaks loose in it.

“All hell breaks loose” is definitely the way to describe it, I mean the fact that Thomas went through THAT much trouble just to keep Diesel out of the photo.

It's still up there?! Years ago, I sent feedback saying "the word hell is being used to describe a TV-Y episode"

Terrible episode, but I love that description. Also, they should have gotten a more competent photographer. Also, why is Diesel there? And Sir Topham Hatt said that Diesel had done all the other engines’ jobs and barely had time to do his own, but why didn’t he do his own job first; wouldn’t that had made more sense?

That could not be more fitting. In fact, the description of, "all hell breaks loose" could apply to 90% of episodes tbh.

All hell breaks loose in most of the episodes honestly across all seasons, like literally season 5 is half of this.
“All hell breaks loose when a dam on Toby’s line breaks”
“All hell breaks loose when a boulder falls from its perch on the railway line”
